Which Items can you Screen Print on? Which brands?! Which colors?!?!.

I need shirts fast. What is your turn-around time?
We ask for 5-7 days.
I need them faster than that. Can you help?
We can typically turn a job around in 4 days, or fewer, but these projects often incur rush fees during peak seasons. If we need our staff to work overtime to accommodate your order, we will likely cover those costs with a rush fee (+$2 per shirt). We will let you know if rush fees apply to your rush order when you contact us.
What is the preferred art file format?
We use Adobe Illustrator, so .eps or .ai files are best. However, we can re-create art from raster files (gif/jpg/png/etc), so those work too. If you have a PDF, or any other format, send that along and we'll see what we can do! To learn more about the difference between raster and vector, visit
this page
.
I don't have art! Is that a problem?
Not really! Many customers do not have art, so we are happy to re-create your logo/design. If you simply have an idea, our artists can make it a reality! Just tell us what you want.
I have team jerseys and need Names & Numbers. How does this work?
We do names for $3/ea, numbers for $2/ea (for each set of two numbers) ($5 per shirt for name/number combo). Names are limited to 13 characters, and numbers are limited to two. When you place an order with us, we'll give you the ability to add your names and numbers.
Our logo needs very specific colors. Do you match Pantone Colors?
Yep! We do charge $50 per color for Pantone Matching, but we're happy to do it! Let us know what you need.
Do you ship custom t-shirt orders? How much does it cost?
We can ship your custom t-shirts to anywhere in the continental U.S. Typically, ground shipments are free to the continental U.S. Express shipments (1, 2 or 3 days) typically cost extra. These costs are figured on a case-by-case basis.
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes. Custom orders require a minimum of 12 pieces.
I am confused about how to place an order. How do I do that?
Head on over to our
order page
, which lays out all of the information we need. If this doesn't answer your questions in a couple of minutes, just call us up, or write us an email (see the top right of this page for a link to our contact info)
I am with an organization from a major University. We want to get shirts made that have my school's logos/trademarks on them. What do we do?
If you are a student organization, we can use various University-related images as long as they are approved by your licensing department. You will typcially need to present a form, along with the final t-shirt design, to your licensing department. We'll help you get it all squared away.
Why are your prices Cheaper/More Expensive than Company X?
Each Screen Printing company has their own set of costs, which effect their overall pricing structure. Keep in mind that many companies charge Screen, Setup, and Art Charges. We work those costs into our Base Price, so that it makes life easier for everyone involved. Sometimes we're the cheapest, and in some cases we're the most expensive. We make sure our prices allow us to pay our people well, invest in updating our equipment, and provide you with the highest quality shirts & inks! In addition, we can often match pricing. If you'd like to work with us, but find our prices are out of your budget, talk to us. We can usually help!
Where did all the Vintage T-Shirts go? Isn't that why you're called RetroDuck?
Good question. Over the years, our customers have asked for more and more Custom t-shirts. In 2011, we reached a point where our Vintage T-Shirts sales could not be sustained under the demand of our growing custom business. We are sorry to upset our vintage t-shirt fans, but we hope that all of our customers understand the challenges of growing a business, and making difficult decisions.
